Sunrise Civic Group and the City of El Paso Parks & Recreation and Live Active in collaboration with El Paso Community Foundation, Border Art Residency Program, ParkerA’leman, Children at Risk and the American Heart Association present Sunrise at Scenic & Family Fun Day celebrating History, Art and Wellness bringing families together for a free event with unique outside activities.
